Second-Hand Book Exchange Makes Reading ‘Greener’

By Shanghai Family 2021-03-30 11:23:29

There is a saying, “readers are leaders!”

Reading can enhance a child's horizons and develop their skills in expression and critical thinking, preparing them better for the future. Developing the habit of reading can make children become life-long learners.

The Second-hand book exchange at our 12th School Expo, held this April, will spark children’s interest in reading. Through this activity, children can make new friends and encouraging them to explore new reads.

We welcome you to bring your old books and host your own bookstall!

You can decorate your bookstall to make it creative. You can even give it a name, make a unique poster, etc. If you want to have a bookstall for your books, please scan the QR code below and sign up before 30th March.

Each green warrior who takes part in our second-hand book exchange activity will receive a certificate jointly issued by Xinmin Evening News, HuMaNiuWa, Shanghai Family, and Parents&Kids.

Date: 10th-11th April, 10 a.m.-5p.m.

Venue: Kerry Parkside, 1155 Fangdian Road, Pudong

We look forward to your participation!
