EperFarm - 38 carefully selected partner farms that are either organic or at least ecologically friendly, that provide customers with the freshest fruits and vegetables from all over the country.
EperSelect - Sourced by their international product team, EperSelect is their 'white label' showcasing a range of fantastic products such as Hormone & Antibiotic Chicken, Grain Fed Australian Beef, many snacks, nuts and much more. All available at extremely competitive prices.
EperKitchen - As mentioned before, EperKitchen is their latest venture that aims to offer 'The Taste of Home', through its line of quality ready-to-eat dishes, meats sliced on site, salads, desserts and more.
The rest of the range are also professionally labeled, clearly showing the origin and offering detailed descriptions. Their testing process through renowned testing company SGS, as well as their ISO 9001 quality management system gives customers the trust and transparency they want for their families groceries.
EPERMARKET'S SERVICE
Deliveries are made between 10am and 2pm in the day, and 4pm and 9pm in the evening. Simply select a 2hr slot during these times. For the evening deliveries, you can order up until 2pm to receive that same day.
For those of you living in Sheshan, Huacao (Jinfeng Lu area), Xujing or Zhaoxiang, enjoy free delivery within an hour due to its proximity to their new warehouse! An excellent service for those in that area!
Other nice services include their loyalty program which offers you many bonuses and gifts which you exchange points for. Points are gained from every RMB you spend on their platforms.
There are also neat aspects like the ability to add items to your previous order after you've placed it for free, also hot-keys that allow searching for Organic, Gluten Free, Halal etc. a lot easier.
THEIR PRICING
Don't fear the idea of an expat focused supermarket. It really isn't as expensive as you'd possibly think. Pricing is extremely competitive, with so many deals and discounts available.
