AZUL Shankang Li has an updated lunch set menu to attract business lunch-goers. The restaurant is the centre gem in the Azul-Colca crown of Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas, who also operates Colca Hengshan and Colca North Bund. Azul Shankang Li moved from Wukang Lu’s Ferguson Lane into the old construction material’s market turned F&B hub Shangkang Li in 2020.
Chef Will Colmenares rules in the kitchen and highlights Latin flavours and ingredients in innovative ways. The new lunch set menu offers a starter and main course for 110 RMB, with drinks charged separately. The portions are generous in quantity, but light on the stomach, with depth of flavour, and a healthy and welcome balance of all food groups.
